We examine, where others do not come!
The biggest advantages of guided missiles in the construction industry are that it is possible to have a specific object, be it a building, a construction site, a terrain, traffic routes or similar. From a desired perspective to look up close, what otherwise scaffolding, ladders, pallet trucks or industrial climbers and a lot of time is needed.
Drones make it possible with comparisonAs a result, little effort has to be made to inspect even very difficult-to-access building areas such as eaves, dormers, roofs, gutters, chimneys, flat roofs or facades and to document any damage and photographically record it. The drone camera on the lower side captures every detail, every cleaning damage and every broken sheet metal. Such inspection flights make it possible to exactly define repairs.
Later in the office, the captured images and videos can be zoomed in and make a few millimeters large objects recognizable.
When checking the airtightness of building envelopes (blower door test), an air leak detection according to ENEV from the air is made easier and more precise.
Thermography cameras on drones also offer enormous possibilities in terms of the energetic aspect. Thermal images of building envelopes can be made that reveal energy losses and reveal thermal bridges.
An exact determination of the original state of a building or a construction work and its environment, but also their intermediate states (precautionary evidence), is a complex process. Through the use of drones, it is feasible to create overall images of terrain and buildings in their original condition and to make them legally enforceable in court.
Of course, the recordings of the drone can also be used ideally for marketing purposes. Panoramic images from high altitude can be used to create simulations using VR glasses.
