If due to structural damage such as water and moisture damage, leaky vapor barriers, but also due to improper use behavior and incorrect ventilation, the appropriate environmental conditions for molds are created, there is a risk that it comes to massive mold damage.

In addition to nutrients such as plasterboard, wallpaper or wall coatings, molds require a sufficiently moist environment. From an air humidity of about 70% you can grow well in the room.

At the latest, when a mold infestation is associated with health problems, it is time to act.
